I am trying to understand how 3-4 weeks for an evaluation of repair for an inverter is acceptable? Not to mention that it took 6 weeks to get it booked into the shop... 10 weeks... and wonder how long it will take to repair???

Did they put the incoming phase rotation and outgoing the same. Did they install all three CT coils the same direction.
