One array (out of four) not working?

My system comprises 24 Trina 430W panels, 6 each facing North, South, East and West. All the panels are fitted with Tigo optimisers feeding into a SS 8.8kW Ecco in two strings - I'm guessing North/East and South/West. As you would expect, the North-facing array has always produced less power than the other three. However, around midday on the 14th of April the North-facing panels suddenly stopped producing entirely. At 1203 everything is normal; at 1204 the output has dropped considerably; at 1205 the output is negligible, and it's never come back. I have (hopefully) attached some screenshots to illustrate the problem. I would welcome any thoughts. I am in the UK.

So, my installer sent his electrician out today. He checked all the cables and connections in the loft and on the roof. He then switched off each string in turn (at least I know which arrays are on which string now) and then disconnected the power to the Tigo CCA (the box that sends the data from the optimisers to the router). That did the trick. All back up and working now, but obviously I will be keeping a close eye on it. I have reported all this to Tigo, but thought it might be useful to others reading this thread. The cold reboot method worked this time, but if it happens again I will be looking for a replacement CCA. Full marks to my installer and his electrician for responding so promptly to my problem.
