Device bound
I have a new installation but want to setup a new plant, But can't setup a new plant getting device is already bound when I scan the barcode on the sunsynk dongle., what steps can I take to unbind the device?

I have a new installation but want to setup a new plant, But can't setup a new plant getting device is already bound when I scan the barcode on the sunsynk dongle., what steps can I take to unbind the device?
Hmmmm, well when I go to Gateway it shows me a screen with date and WiFi and which gateway I am connected too.....
I did not set this up it just was there when I connected......
