Sunsynk with no battery

I need to connect a 2x 12kW 3phase inverter in parallel with 40x 420w panels with no battery because the customer has a Generator and said he prefers to use an existing generator instead of buying batteries.
my question: is it possible to use the Sunsynk inverter without batteries and use a generator in the event of no generation from the solar panels and no mains (utility)?
