SOC makes no sense

Figure for SOC oscillates. This morning it is by as much as 25% It oscillates most obviously on the graph in the app but also flicks from one figure to a massively different one on the screen on the inverter. We can't use our system properly, in deciding if and when to draw from the grid, because the figures make no sense.

While we're at it, can someone sort out the bug that cuts digits off the end of everything in the app on

Android?

There is one more possibility. But can’t believe that Sunsynk would not have checked it. Do you have a connection made to “Load" under the small front panel? What I'm thinking is some installers are under the misapprehension that this is the inverter output. It is the UPS output only. If you had a faulty CT, this would make perfect sense since the inverter could have thought the grid had failed and switched to UPS from battery. But if your full load is on UPS rather than essential services only, then this would fry your batteries trying to support the off grid load.

Just a thought. Worth checking the connection.
