The firmware is an integral part of the regulatory approval process for the product (for example, export limiting in the firmware appears to be accepted by DNOs as an acceptable method of complying with an export restriction). This means that, internal to the company, firmware management MUST be a great deal less laissez-faire than it appears to us from the outside. I cannot understand why Sunsynk would allow that impression to persist.
