SOC never reaches 100% only 99%
I have a Eco 3.6kW inverter connected to 2 * 5.32kWh batteries. The system is configured as a grid connected system. I have noticed the no matter how long the batteries are on charge the SOC only ever reaches 99% never 100%. I know this is only a trivial question, but can anyone let me know why this is?
I have also noticed that the SOC LEDs on my battery packs are not showing the same level of charge on each pack. One battery pack always has one more SOC LED on than the other. Is this normal when running 2 batteries?

Yes +ve to pack 1 and -ve to pack 3 , should have been a buss bar really as I’m limited to 120A rather than the 150A it could be
