Hello,

I am trying to us ethe sunsynk connect app on my phone.

It asks for a user name and password. I try to use the user name and password for the Sunsynk logger on my laptop , but this does not work. I get an error message stating that username or password is incorrect. I try to change the password, but the app will not recognize that either.

When I try to register on the app, It tells me I am already registered.

I can however log onto the web logger on my pc.

please let me know what I am doing wrong.
