Battery seems limited at 25% charge, house doesn’t seem to be using any PV
A newbie here, installer is not replying to me. My brother looked at my system yesterday he has similar system the battery seems limited at 25% charge and SOC never exceeds25%.
When he is using PV I don't seem to be using much in the house, we are close by.
Is the limit on the battery 25% affecting me not using the PV generated?
We had a power cut and have them frequently, whole reason we got system installed. We had no power to power anything.
I asked installer is there a switch to use just battery, we powered everything off except fridge and freezer to limit power consumption to see if that changed anything. No
I'm assuming that the battery limit is set at 25%, and doesn't let it fall below say 20%?
Anyone any advice as installer isn't providing any advice.

Firstly can you tell me about your system - Inverter, battery and PV.
Then can you share the System settings. You can do this by taking screen shoots from the app, however I prefer that you take some photos of the System Mode, System 1 and System 2 screens on the LCD panel as it is a more compact way of displaying the information - what ever is easiest will be OK
With respect tp powering things off. The inverter has the ability to power essential loads in the the event of a power outage. The non essential loads can stay connected to the grid.
