12 kw Three Phase Inverter

Installed Sunsynk 12 kw three phase inverter last week and this is really a great piece of equipment.
Inverter runs perfectly when the grid is switched off the batteries run the load but when the grid switches back in the inverter gets an error code W03 (Grid phase wrong).
I have tested the phase rotation and the incoming supply is clockwise and the outgoing (when fed from batteries) is also clockwise?
I have tried changing the grid type settings and same code appears.
The strange thing is it only happens when load is applied to the inverter.
Please could anyone assist
