Why is 100% SOC not the full battery capacity
I have three 10KW Sunsynk batteries with an expected total capacity of 30KW, connected to two parallel 12KW 3 phase Sunsynk inverters.
However when the app shows the SOC at 100% the indicated total KW capacity indicated on the graph is only 17KW.
Any advice or explanation as to why the batteries do not reach full charge capacity when SOC indicates 100%.
