Afternoon,

I need help please, fault finding on a "old" installation and they asked me to see if I can improve the performance of the system.

I have experience on single units and not with master / slave applications

System is setup as Master & Slave. How do I see or know that the 2x Inverters communicate?

Inverters use 2x different App's: Sunsync & Solarman. I don't know why?

The batteries is hard-wired (+to+ & -to-) and each Battery is directly connected to each Inverter. Dyness 5kw batteries. Why would they hardwaire the batteries?

On the battery settings on inverter, it is set to AGM and they control it on V. Installery said is is because of battery wiring. Why not on Lithium and control %?

They still use a huge amount of electricity from the grit, but that is because the Inverters keep the batteries full all the time. I cannot change the %, because they control the Volts

Each Inverter have it own set of 8x 455W solar panels on the roof

Is there a wiring diagram that I can use to see if the wiring was done correctly?

I heard on a Youtube video that you only need to use one CT on the Master, no CT on the Slave?

Is there guidance settings for Master / Slave installations on single phase applications?

This is on a farm and they would like to go off-grit. But do not trust the system at this stage (willing to install more batteries if needed)
