Sunsynk not reporting online

Hello, My web portal stopped showing data about two hours ago and the mobile App shows that my inverter is offline. I went to check up on it and the dongle has the green LED lit. When I connect to its Wifi it shows that it is connected to my home Wifi. My home Wifi does have access to the Internet. Yet, it is showing as offline in the App and I get no stats online. Any ideas on what I could do? Is it something with the inverter, or the dongle or is it perhaps an issue that Sunsynk themselves have at the moment? Is there a place online where Sunsynk announce any outages they have with their online platform?

Thanks All, It seems to be back now although I am seeing another issue with my battery SOC, but I will create a separate post about that.
