Are both my batteries working?
Hi. I had a second battery ( 5.32kw) installed a month or so ago and ive not really paid it much attention as it's been so cloudy. However today's been sunny so I've watched them charging. Given I've only generated 4.8kw how have both my batteries changed from 10% to full ? I was told when it was installed it was all working as it should and the total capacity did increase from 100ah to 200ah. But what I've seen today is making me think something isn't right?. All help and advice would be greatly appreciated

Looks as though the BMS is not recognising one of the batteries based on the discharge current limit.
I’d investigate shutdown & restart in 1st instance- I can’t remember the sequence with 2 batteries. Your installer should be able to talk you through it over the phone.
I’d also check that the batteries have the same firmware + the newer one should be setup as master.
