Home Assistant local connection
Anyone had any luck with this connected to a Sunsynk inverter? It seems to suggest that it needs no cables, no RS485 connection and no internet or cloud connection. Direct to the data logger via the LAN. Is it too good to be true?
Is "Solarman" the same dongle that gets supplied with new Sunsynk inverters? (mines only a few months old)
I'm away from home at the mo so can't test it.

If you use Sunsynk connect you’ve, not got the solarman dongle, and it won’t work.
The solarman dongle was supplied with older inverters, and if yours is quite new I doubt you’d have it. For those that have the solarman dongle yes it works.
