Two batteries not charging/discharging differently from one.
Recently had an 8.8kw system installed.
After install I opted to add an additional battery, settings were updated and fuses too. I get much longer battery time but charge and discharge is no different when I was advised it should be.
At this point I feel I've either been misinformed or the fuses/wiring is at fault.
I was advised it was more available capacity and also more offgrid power, I've got the capacity but if house load goes over 2400w I'm also consuming from the grid when I want to be using the battery. Is this an unreasonable expectation?

Thanks everyone for the support. This thread gave me enough to go to the installer who came out immediately on seeing the liBMS screenshot. In this instance the issues were: 1. cable in the wrong place for battery which actually didn't matter because 2. cable wasn't working 3. wiring for CT coil to inverter pinout was wrong (showed as 0 ct) After resolving the above and with battery reboot the two batteries are working correctly, and the discharge/charge in liBMS screen is showing as 100. Thanks again everyone.
