Batt not charging to SOC from grid
Hi guys.I have a 8kw sunsynk with 2 x 5kw batteries.When my batteries are below the set SOC they are only recieving charge from the panels and nothing from the grid.any info you might be able to give me on this problem please.

Look in battery > batt charge page at inverter, or battery page on app.
Grid charge needs to be ticked in here - this is the master ‘tick’, without it ticking grid in system page will not work.
