Grid port supplying 110V when loadshedding is in progress

Hi Everyone,

Please share some knowledge and advise on what to do.

I did split my customers DB in NoN essential (being the grid port) and Essential load ( Being the load port).

Everything works perfect when Eskom is on.

As soon as loadshedding starts the load port kicks in and work beautiful.

But the Non Essential side still provides 110V and the display on the appliances like the aircon and microwave

Flashes ( because of not enough volt to power them.)

The grid port should be down when there is no AC power. And all my other inverters at my

other customers is showing 0 V when loadshedding is in progress

It is puzzling me as I am not sure if the inverter is faulty or there is just something that I am missing here.

I have 110v when i measure the live on the grid port and earth from the inverter with all AC cables out and only the inverter is on.

This should show 0 V ???? But why is there still power onthe gridtied (grid port)
