Battery does not supply power when servers are down
From about 04:45 on 2 Mar 2024 to about 07:00 on the 3rd, the app and web site were not showing any activity and no data was being retrieved. The Plant was showing offline.
During this time, the battery (which charges at low tariff overnight) did not provide any energy to the house load. However, the solar panels charged the battery and exported energy to the grid. When the servers started working again, the battery was at 99% SOC.
Why is it that the battery will not supply power to the house when the servers are down? Why does this not work under local control?
I spent a couple of hours checking the Inverter and all available internet sources to see if I needed to reset anything on the inverter. Why did no-one put a notice on the web site or send an SMS message to affected users to let them know the servers were the problem?

Follow-up to the previous reply:
By about 16:30 on 4 March, the panels were no longer supplying excess energy. The battery still did not kick in to supply power which was all being supplied by the grid.
I unchecked the sync option and reset the time manually. No difference. Still no power from the battery.
