When my 10kWh Sunsynk battery reaches 100%, the red alarm light comes on (solid red, not flashing). The red solid light only comes on in the afternoon after 13h00, but not in the morning even if the battery is full e.g. at 11h00. There's no error code on logged on the inverter and all functionality (8Kw inverter) of the system is working. Please see battery settings (voltage, charge amps etc) in the pics attached (taken during load shedding); the battery has never shut down or reached less than 20%. Recently a battery software update was done by my installer, but the Red battery alarm light is still coming on in the afternoon when the battery is at 99-100%. A hard battery-reset/ restart was done but the red-light persists.
After doing some research, I believe the red-light alarm could be due to the phenomenon known as polarisation. Polarization is a universal phenomenon that occurs inside lithium-ion batteries especially during operation. During battery charge/discharge cycles, the external characteristics of batteries behave as a time-varying nonlinear system due to the nonlinear relationship between electric potential versus State of Charge, as well as the voltage drop due to various polarization phenomena. As Polarization hinders lithium intercalation and deintercalation kinetics, this will lead to a decline in energy efficiency and performance of the battery.
Is there anyway this issue can be resolved.

After a week, I also notice that the condition persists, so I will engage with my installer for further action. I am not aware of what the next, corrective step would be, but will update once I hear from installer and what SS plans to do.
