Graph on app making no sense since update
This is today so far.
Since I asked for the update to the latest Firmware, the Load always shows higher than the PV supply. I have a MyEnergi Eddi (which follows the availability of surplus to heat water), but even that isn't functioning on this heavy cloud day.
The MyEnergy Hub (screenshot below) is reading correctly in that the house is currently pulling circa 700 Watts and the array is creating enough to cover the Load. Whereas the SunSynk app is saying the array is providing 700 Watts but the house Load is just over 1000 Watts.
So the SunSynk App is showing the Load is around 300 Watts higher than actual.
I'm really not impressed! It was indicating correctly before the update. No other settings have changed. So can I safely assume I should now just ditch the Sunsynk app now its inaccurate?
I'm seeing the same issue since an upgrade to 2.3.8.4/E.4.2.A yesterday. It doesn't appear to be just an app problem as the inverter dials show the same incorrect load readings. I appear to be driving 250-300w more load than input power from all sources.
Did you find a resolution to this?
