Lost Data since migration.
I'm in S africa. As far as I've checked, all the "Connect" daily data I'd collected since installation at end of January '23 has been lost or is not being displayed since I migrated to region 2. Does anybody know how to retrieve this?

'm in the same boat, I have no 5-minute data from before the 7th of December at 09:50 in the morning and are missing the daily data completely between the 1st and 4th (and that's only partial data by the looks of it) of December 2023 as well! I have asked / commented on a few other posts about the missing data from before the data migration before but no-one seems to liosten which I find rather poor to be honest but sadly there's not much else I can do but moan about it!
Sadly I think that the only thing we can learn from this is that if we want to kep the data long-term then we have to manage that ourselves as Synsynk are clearly not willing / vapable of managing that apect of the platform very well! 😠
On the same note, I just checked the 'Operation Data' pane in the webconsole and it looks like ikt's only storing data for the last 30 days too!
Manage your own old data as Sunsynk are clearly not managing that very well!
