Battery charging issue
I have 13 X 400w JA solar panels and a 16A Sunsynk hybrid automated inverter with 5.12 kw sunsynk battery fitted 6 months ago and still trying to make sense how the system preforms . Today my panels are producing 3.47 kw with 0.98kw going to battery and 1.96 kw feeding back to grid. SOC for battery at present 34% . Can anyone help with an answer to why is my system feeding 1.96 kw back to grid when my battery is only 34% charged. Battery temperature is 7°c. A cold sunny day here. Do I have an inverter issue or BMS issue? Or is the battery that inefficient in cold temperatures.
Any suggestions or advice would be much appreciated.

Thanks for your reply. Yes in UK. Will get some insulation around battery during this cold weather as situated in garage. seen if I can get temp up.
