No Permissions goes away...

I don't know if this is just coincidence but, as a number of people have commented, the error when failing to write configuration settings changed (for some users at least) from whatever the wording used to be to "No permission". At the same time the problem became persistent rather than just a temporary problem that righted itself in a few hours.

Well, I am beginning to think that there might have been some kind of glitch (or more likely a backup/restore issue) that changed some users to the lowest "read only" user level.

I filled out the form to have Sunsynk change me to an "Advanced User" and I no longer get the "No Permissions" message. This happened the moment i got the message to say my account had been edited.

Thanks for explaining that, Joel. It was very confusing for us! I have worked in hardware and software so I sympathise with you guys a bit. However some kind of announcement about the problem would have been helpful and would have saved much frustration. Customer frustration = lost recommendations. It is okay to admit to bugs! More communication from Sunsynk please.
