Could you help me figure out why the Sunsynk data logger does not show up on the app? It is connected to the internet and online, but the app has not shown any data since around 9 a.m. yesterday.

I have experienced a similar problem with my Sunsynk battery and inverter in UK with no data from 04:47 on 2 March until 6:33 on 3rd March. The inverter and battery seemed to be working ok during this period and they are back to normal now, but I would like to recover the "lost" data. So would apprecaite any suggestions before I try Sunsynk direct. I recall a data glitch when the clocks were changed back in October 23 and I wonder if the extra day for the leap year in 24 has caused the problem.
