Stop inverter from going to sleep/Low power mode?

If there's no battery connected, as the sun sets & PV goes to zero - the inverter goes into some sort of sleep mode. Kinda good... BUT!!! You lose all monitoring!!! SunSynks are superb - as they can work with ANY battery. So its great to initially install as a basic "string" style inverter, use the monitoring to show customers the benefits & what a battery would cover & then provide the right battery. But while in this string setup, there's no monitoring to show the benefits!!! I'd love a software update of course, but until that can be done - can you trick the inverter to stay on? Can I connect a very low amp 100v DC power supply to a spare mppt input? (it cant draw much power as its low amp, but would maybe keep the thing switched on) i.e. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RkAI1y5nKlM Can I connect a 52v low amp power supply to the battery port - again it cant draw much power, but maybe as it detects a battery it will keep it on? (potential issue with feedback voltage into the PSU as the inverter tries to charge it - yep) Any other hacks to keep monitoring that anyone knows of?

Yes. Its not for a year, its realistically a few weeks/couple of months until users can SEE exactly whats happening & understand it well. Then it'll be battery time. The person is not going to purchase an Emporia & have a separate monitoring solution & probably never use the sunsynk app again...
