Loss of power at start of load shedding
Something happening that never used to happen - when loadshedding hits, my 5kW SS Hybrid hiccups and everything goes off except the inverter. Power is restored afer 1-2 seconds, but it's long enough to play havoc with my router and all my other electronics. There are no fault codes generated and it happens every second or third time there is loadshedding - so not consistently. It's almost as if the response to loss of grid is too slow and causes a dropout of a second or two before the batteries (2 x 5.32 SS) take over and supply the essentials.
Obviously too short to see anything on the app
It happens irrespective of battery SOC or charging condition (ie can happen whether charging or discharging or full) and also irrespective of load (anything from 200W on essential only to 1000W on essential plus 3000W on non-essential)
Anybody have any ideas?

I also had a similar case where 5 kVA inverter output went off when loadshedding started. Battery was at 50% SOC. There was no fault code. I had to switch off and switch on the inverter then it was working again. Software ver: M 3.3.8.1/S 1.5.1.5 / C E 4.2.6
