Battery supporting power outage
Hi, apologies if this has been asked and solved previously but I could not locate.
I have a 5.12kwn battery, off a 3.6kw Sunsynk inverter system and I have noticed on the couple of occasions that we have had a power cut and the battery has had power, it does not support the house so i'm in the dark.
I'm no technical guy but would like to understand if this is just a setting and whether it can be changed.
Appreciate any advice in advance and happy to provide any information required.

I had same problem a few times. Not had again since I switched the battery off and then on again using the rocker switch inside the cable termination compartment of the battery. I suspect it is a cheap rocker switch, giving a random bad Contact.
