Good day please i need some help I have been battling with 2 x 12kw 3phase units in parralel for a week and cant get assistance. Batteries is let say above allowable soc set in timers so let say soc is 99%, in timer set at 60% More than sufficient solar available Inverters show no grid is consumed except the normal 0.2kw "trickle feed" But if messured below the grid input each phase is pulling between 1 to 3 amp If "Limit to loads only" is *selected* (meaning only essentials) Loads for example will 2.5kw each inverter Inverter showing no extra grid consumption But if measured below grid input a excessive reading found. If "limit to loads only" is *not selected* (allowing non essential items to be supplied) Loads drop to example 400w per inverter Inverter showing no extra grid consumption But if measured below grid input a reading of double above is found example 7-8kw. If grid is switched off i want to say true readings are found on loads. The SA whatsapp group have updated software but does not solve the issue. These 2 units are pulling 70-110 units per day from grid for no reason. What can the cause be? I have factory reset, software done, swoped master and slave.......
