I had Sunsynk batteries and an inverter fitted to my existing solar panels a few months ago and the chap who installed these also put the app to monitor the system onto my phone; this worked fine for a while, but after a few weeks the app appeared to close for a while and I was then presented with a choice of 19 virtual power stations. Unfortunately none of these choices seems to match the information shown on the inverter display and I would be grateful if someone can provide some guidance.

To create an account you need to go to the https://sunsynk.net/login to create a account. You will need to get the S/N of the inverter and the dongle to add your system to you account.
Depending on the setting that determines to supply the load first of charge the battery first, If you have the supply load first, the PV will supply the load and if there is battery available the difference will come from the battery and if the battery is not available the additional power will come from the grid.
If he supply battery first is set the PV will charge the battery first and if there is excess PV power it will then use this to power the load and any deficiency will be supplied by the grid.
The other setting that will determine how much power the battery can provide is the battery Amp discharge setting and the other is power setting on the System1 screen.
