I found the place to do the application to have my user level access changed and have done it, but now urgently need to add client user details as well as make remote changes. I received an email from Tom saying :Thanks for getting in touch with us!

Any idea how long it will take to have this done?

I need to change my user level so that I can manage systems for our clients. I visited the site https://www.sunsynk.org/user-

level-access-change, and it appears to have been removed. Please let me know how I can do this.
