System settings

Hi,

My first post so hello all and apologies if the answer for this exists elsewhere, having searched I couldn't find an answer.

I have a sunsynk 3.6kw inverter along with 2 x 5kw sunsynk batteries and 12 x 405w panels.

I've noticed that on really sunny days my solar production won't go past 3800w and almost flat lines; even though in theory my system can produce 4900w (based on 12 panels @405w each). I was looking at the settings and a maximum has been indeed set and at 3800w. Is this a recommended setting or can I change this?

I've also observed the battery charge rate seems to max out around 2500w and send anything the house isn't using to the grid. The battery has a capacity of 200 amps (per the settings) and whilst it's set to a discharge maximum of 85 amps the maximum charge is only 40 amps. Again is this a recommended setting or can this be changed?

Screenshots attached to support the above questions.

Thanks,

Steve.

Sorry all, been meaning to uodate:

Sunsynk confirmed I can change both battery charges to 60 amps max (solar and grid) and to increase the max solar limit to 4.9kw, per the system.

Since then I have seen a max generation of 4.6kw and charging rates at 3. 2kw.

Happy now!
