Weird power usage data
Unfortunately, my installer (Solarxpress) has put this on the too hard pile. The last time they did this we were down for a month!
The Sunsynk software has been reporting since 22nd March weird home power demands. On the 21st a substation blew and we lost power for about 6 hours.
So ordinarily, we should be pulling less than 500w when there is just me working from home. But we are pulling over 2000w randomly through the day and when solar generation peaks, it goes up even further.
Obviously, this would call for something like an oven to be on ordinarily.
Have been troubleshooting (turning off everything at the Consumer Unit , other than the ground floor Ring Main, but have ran around unplugging thinks like TV's, etc. So that we only have the likes of the Internet router and WAN equipment on). Nothing justifies this demand and would not be able to pull it without serious consequences!
Unfortunately, electricity provider data isn't really available (they will send out something to help) that granular level, but billing looks to be normal and not supporting increased use.
Anyone got any ideas?
Other silly question. Why do the batteries deliver more power than house demand. It isn't going to the grid, is this just loss (about 4% over demand)

Thanks for the response Globetrotter, but this is all from the Sunsynk software and the display of the Inverter
