Sunsynk Connect - Down No Data
Good Afternoon, I am new to sunsynk and solar more generally. Today I noticed that the sunsynk connect app and desktop portal are both down for me and showing as offline. It has been down for 9 hours for me. Is this often a problem and is it the case for anyone else today? I may reach out to my installer on Monday if it is not resolved. I would also be open to any suggestions. My IHD has been showing my usage as low and as 0 watts at times so I am confident the panels are working and this is just about data. Thanks! Lloyd
