Sunsynk App showing no data
The App shows an offline warning on the Plants screen. When I check Equipment on the App, the Inverter and Gateway are online but Battery and AcSwitch are offline. I have turned all equipment off and on. My Octopus data confirms the panels are charging and electricity is being exported. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the iOS App to no avail. How do I get the App to work again?
I have tried reinstalling the data logger but both Red and Green lights are showing so I don't think the error is here.

The fact that the portal is indicating that it is off-line could mean that the there is an issue with the datalogger. You could try reinitializing the datalogger just as you did when you installed it the first time. Otherwise you may have to call support as I hae run out of suggestions.
