Battery SOC
I have 2 x 8kw Ecco in parallel and 4 x Sunbat 5.32 plus 10,400KW of solar on one inverter currently. I am completely off grid no mains just a generator connected to the Aux/Gen port. First thing I have noticed is the gen is set to kick in a 30% SOC on the timer however it kicks on at 29% SOC. If I set it to start charging to 60% SOC I only get to 58% SOC and the Gen switches off not 60% which I would expect. Any idea's why this is please?
The other thing I have noticed is that the batteries are not charging to 100% SOC from PV. The best I have ever got them to is 98%. It seems odd as I have full sunlight clear sky no shading and the load at the time is minimal sub 1000w.
I have noticed that with 10,400 Kw PV, at best I am only getting 6766W PV which seems to be reflective of the load. ie if the load increases then the PV output does too. The batteries don't seem to charge any quicker if in full sun the PV input still seems reflective on the load.
What I was expecting is for the solar to charge the batteries as quickly as possible to 100%. Battery capacity set to 208. charge amps 75amps.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks for doing that. Unfortunately the first set of graphs you provided are for the 21 and these are for the 20 so it is hard top correlate what is happening.
However going from the Energy Generation graph of the 21, it looks like the system is working like it should.
WRT the SOC not reaching 100%, this is not unusual as this is determined by the BMS in the batteries and is not an issue.
Because you are offline, when the battery is full (98%) The PV generated will be clipped to match the load.
WRT the generation and the SOC values, these values allow for a small variance/tolerance so it may not be actioned at the exact percentage.
