hi All
hope someone can help.
in July 2024 we had the following system fitted to our park home "sunsynk 3.6kw invertor and a 5.12 battery with 10 panels" in good light all day.
the guys who fitted I'm sure did a good job and have run without too many issues since.
however, now we are in the winter months I want to ensure we are using the equipment to its full potential.
Is there anybody on this forum who lives in a park home and could share their thoughts?
my current settings are: we don't export to the grid and our supply is via the park owner so our current rate for electricity is 0.38kw
any help would be great

is telling me you have very little sunshine and thus very little PV being generated .......................shade/orientation/weather? .............. true?
You barely get the battery to just under 40% SOC during the day before you start draining it again so your panels are just not producing any significant energy at all.
With "10 panels" I would have expected way more per day.
What is the exact spec's of the panels?
The current setup is also bound to start giving you battery headaches because its never fully charged to 100% in order to ensure cell balancing
