Dongle useless after installer disagreement
Dont trust the installer and not even sure any more he even is an Sunsynck approved installer, i queztioned settings he entered initially that it seemed wrong, couple of questions i asked seemed to be unansewareble and finally when the hybrid inverter started having issues settings were changed after thoyzands if rands damage, i cant seem to alzo find my inverter reg for claim using scan or Sn number, anyway now i am siiting with inverter dongle regiztered in his email and passwird and my app uzeless to me - please advise , Pta, South Africa

I am George South Africa, and my incertor has burnt the dongle.I am a full-time musition , but I am qualified IT tech l. You can smell the dongle burnt. My tech , Tass Cor Solar, knows , says it is under warrenty he has ordedered. Now I hear nothing and the monitored sydtem is offline and goes on and off as it ddains
