Disconnects from the Grid
Hi. I have an 8.8kW Hybrid Inverter. From the day it was installed, I started to receive notifications where it reported that the inverter was disconnected from the grid, and 5 minutes later it reported that it was reconnected to the grid.
On closer investigation, I found that the inverter disconnected itself from the grid, and about 12 seconds later it reconnected to the grid, although the grid voltage was stable. Please see the attached grid and inverter log graph for 10 days. The green graph is the grid voltage and the red graph is the inverter output. It can be seen on the green graph where the grid falls to zero (due to load-shedding) and the inverter kept the output at 230VAC. Other times the inverter output (red graph) falls to 110VAC for 122mS and again to 165VAC for 636mS while the grid sullpy is constant at 233VAC. The second picture is a closer (zoomed-in) look at what the inverter does when it disconnects itself from the grid.
Honestly, I am very disappointed in this and am scared that it is going to damage my appliances, over and above the fact that my local Sunsynk agents are not assisting in solving the problem. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP?
