You can use a CHiNT DTSU666 or EASTRON SDM630MCT meter
Most SS inverters have an ATS output that provides 240V output when the system goes into Islanding mode which is used to operate the neutral bond relay. However it looks like the manual has not identified the ports. I believe that it will be two of the ports in the connector block high lighted in Yellow. This can be verified quite easily using a multimeter while forcing the inverter into islanding mode. I would not use CN2 3/4 for this purpose as I do not think they respond as quickly as the ATS ports/relay do. The ATS port is designed for this function.
