Dyness Batteries alarm light

Hi everyone. I need some assistance please. I have a new installation Sunsynk 8kw inverter connected to 3 x Dyness DL5.0C batteries and 16 x 545w Canadian Solar panels.

I have my entire townhouse except for my stove and oven connected to the system.

Over the last four days (since the installation was done) during the course of the mornings (between 08:00 and 12:00) I would come home and find that the red light alarm is flashing on the batteries.

The fault code on the inverter displays as a F56 DC low voltage.

Every time I have to do a whole system restart to get rid of the red alarm. The technicians and I have double checked all connections and settings on the inverter and batteries and we have swopped out comms cables and tried almost everything.

The alarm would stay away for a while and then the next day trigger again.

The batteries have not been drained less than 56% yet and this fault occurs with batteries fully charged which does not make sense at all.

Average power usage during the day is about 400 - 600watts. When the geyser switches on it would go to about 5000watts in total but I have this on a time switch.

Has anyone encountered any issues like this before that may have any advice on how to fix this problem please ?

Last though before I go. the fact that the LiBMS charge current is showing 0 I believe means that the inverter is not communicating correctly with the inverter. On the LiBMS screen there is a second screen can you show me that screen.

I know you said you have a new installation, but the firmware on the inverter may not be up to date. I have found on some of the other forums that the Deye/Sunsynk inverters have trouble communicating with the Dyness BMS and the inverter needs a firmware update.
