URGENT ASSISTANCE NEEDED
Hi i need assistance please.I intalled a 50kw sunsynk inverter with 80kw high voltage battery,i cant get communication between inverter and battery pack.Is it correct to connect bms cable to BMS 1 on inverter and CAN port on battery pack?
Is there a specific way the batteries should be mounted some sequence except for the wiring part of cables.I see numbers on baterries like 004-01 ex but there is no indication in the manual as to stipulate a specific way to stack according to numbers. Regards Eugene .

Not lucky enough to have seen such a HV battery. Can you provide a little more info about the actual model of the individual battery packs and the battery controller as they do not seem to appear in online manual section.
