F23 Struggling to fault find & Battery stuck in Standby ?

I am in a training centre and ive "inherited" a system from previous staff, but hasn't been used in 6-12mths. Now trying to get it working again. First off the battery was so flat it would seemingly do anything, we've used an external charger and now battery appears to be 50-60% at least. Now battery is charged, ive done a check of all cabling and supplies, seems all good. But two things are baffling me.

Firstly after 1-2min of powering up i get an F23 error and loud alarm, looking at fault tables it says mains leakage etc, and possily PV related. Firstly our system has no PV attached? Ive checked Earth Fault Loop Impedance of supply and used a clamp to check for any obvious leakage and nothing obvious.. Im stumped ? Secondly on the battery the "run" LED flashes once every so often, which i believe means standby mode? But for the life of me i cant seem to get it out of standby mode, or see instructiosn how too. It's possible maybe an issue if dead flat battery for 5-6mths may have caused an issue? Inverter is : SUNSYNK-3.6K-SG01LP1 Battery is: SUN-BATT 5.32 Setup is simply a grid connection DB and a load DB with the single battery, no PV, generator etc. Thanks

Can you post the contents of the LiBMS screen on the inverter itself.

Can you remove and Grid and load connection ON THE INVERTER ITSELF.

Shutdown both the battery and inverter.

Now restart the battery and then the inverter ....................

Still getting the F23?

The 5.32 battery I have here is flashing the top "run" led every 3 seconds while running normally.
