Hi

So it seems the ECCO models have changed the way in which Island Mode is implemented. They no longer use pins 10 & 12, outputting 240v to close the E-N bond contactor but have a dry contact, shared with valve on pins 7 & 8.

We cannot seem to get this function to work, irrespective of the settings of Island Mode or Signal Grid (the normal use of these pins), we are unable to get continuity through these contacts.

I spoke with tech support yesterday who had confirmed someone else had reported the same issue but they didn't have a solution.

Has anyone had any success with this or any other suggestions?
