Sunsynk inverter no longer powering house or exporting
Hello, about a week ago we had an F55 fault, since then it appears our inverter is only charging our battery to 100% and then the solar input is dropping to around 50ws, it's not powering the house at all or exporting but clearly it is still able to generate or it wouldn't charge the battery. I've tried resetting it and doing a factory reset but neither has fixed the issue. Any advice would be appreciated.

Firstly if you have done a factory reset, did you then re-apply all the settings?
When you say "resetting", does this mean that you power cycled the batteries and the inverter?
