A lot of posts here relate to similar issues. I think in almost every case its a matter of understanding the Inverter / Settings screens, esp. the Battery and System Mode sub screens. The manual explains it in some detail but its confusingly written and the commands on the screens are not all intuitive. I recommend reading the manual and playing about with settings to learn how it works. Ive had all sorts of issues and surprises and eventually solved them this way.
