12KW - Firmware upgrade
Hi team... I bought a new inverter and installed it at the customer, The supplier keeps telling me to update the firmware and I try now to see where I do this or show I request the update?
I would like some more information on this?

Upgrades must be requested online through SunSynk.org/tech-support Must have a Sunsynk account and select ‘inverter upgrade’. Provide all the details required and the support team are quite efficient in having the upgrade done. Will have to watch the unit, I received no notification on completuion.
