System offline since 22/11

I've tried to access via the app and Sunsynk Connect website, but the system shows offline as of 02:30 on the 22/11. The system is still functioning as I can see via my electricity supplier that the battery charged early this morning and there's no current usage.


Is this an outage at Sunsynk or is there a configuration or hardware problem with my system? It's exactly two years to the day since installation, is there a licence issue or something?

You may need help to access the serial no. Plate. There are QR codes on both inverter and dongle. Maybe someone could photograph these for you. Fortunately my system is in the garage.
