Generation Information Incorrect
I am struggling with 2 * 3.6kW inverters - seperate installs, reporting incorrect data, the consumption data looks about rate, but the generation data is off, looking in the data tables on the csv file- Etoday(kWh)/60 showing negative data? the column next door Netoday(kWh)61 showing -14.9 everyday regardless of generation and yet Pvetoday(kWh)/108 is showing what i would expect it to show as a true generation for the day.
I am ssuming the data tables are corrupt, i just need to ask is this correctable here on the units by a shutdown wait 5 minutes then reboot, or is it a datcentre issue that needs a refresh, look forward to a response and thanks for the assist
