Sudden Battery Discharge from 37% to 0%

Hello


I've recently setup my system to charge the batteries during the night (2:05am to 4:55am - upto 95%).


Last night I noticed that at about 2am the batteries suddenly dropped from 37% to 0% over a 10 min interval.


I have attached a screen shot of the graph.


I also had my dishwasher set to come on at 2am (ish) so that is why the load also shows 2.5kW

Here is a picture of my batteries - I don't see any SOC lights.
